Staff Spotlight: Lynn D'Angelo

Headshot of GOTR Worcester County Board Chair Lynn D'Angelo.

Dr. Lynn D'Angelo first became involved with GOTR six years ago as a head coach in North Carolina.  Later coaching in the Greater Boston and Providence areas ultimately drew her closer to GOTR's mission, and eventually led her to join our board.

Though it has been several years, Lynn has always viewed GOTR as a unique opportunity for young girls in that it provides "a space [...] to develop key skills of confidence, caring, competence, character, connection, and contribution while participating in physical activity".

Lynn currently serves as the Ambulatory Professional Practice Manager at UMass Memorial Medical Center where she supports ambulatory clinic caregivers with professional development education programs.  She has a demonstrated commitment to nursing excellence and "continous quality improvement".

Similarly, Lynn takes this precision and consideration into all that she does with GOTR, and we value her contribution and dedication to providing young girls across Worcester with the opportunity to grow into the best versions of themselves.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys "spending time with her family, traveling to new places, cheering on the Boston sports teams, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen."

You can find her on LinkedIn
